KJ Prestige Detailing ("we", "us") provides mobile car detailing in the Los Angeles area. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under California law, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Information we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), the service address, details about your vehicle (year, make, model, color, size), the services you choose, your preferred date and time, and any notes you give us.
We also collect basic technical information needed to run the website, such as your language choice and device/browser type.
2. How we use your information
To schedule and perform your detailing service, travel to your location, contact you about your appointment, send receipts and invoices, answer your questions, and improve our service.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google Maps (to verify your address), our email provider (to send confirmations and invoices), and our secure hosting provider. They may only use it to provide services to us.
We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
4. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising. We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.
5. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies and local storage to remember your language and keep your booking form working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track you across other websites.
6. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, arrival updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not send marketing texts without your consent.
7. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep booking records as long as needed for service, accounting and legal purposes. Your information is stored with an encrypted, access-controlled provider, and only authorized staff can see it.
8. Your California privacy rights

9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
